The selected vendor will design and deliver training programs that equip district leaders, principals, and assistant principals with the tools, knowledge, and strategies necessary to effectively lead school improvement initiatives in high-poverty settings. The training will encompass: A. Understanding the unique challenges faced by high-poverty schools on the Navajo Nation. B. Implementing short-cycle improvement methodologies to facilitate rapid and measurable progress. C. Analyzing student data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for intervention. D. Creating and sustaining a culture of continuous improvement within our schools. E. Engaging with the Navajo community and involving stakeholders in the improvement process.
