The selected Responder/s will assist THA and its subsidiary companies for the disposition of existing multifamily properties, and potential acquisition of multifamily site/s and vacant parcel/s for potential future development. Additionally, as part of its ongoing efforts to revitalize a former public housing site THA is seeking a qualified commercial property management broker or brokerage firm(s) to manage newly constructed commercial spaces within a mixed-use development housing community. The commercial spaces will serve as an integral part of the community’s revitalization which includes enhancing the economic, social and cultural fabric of the surrounding area.
