The Missouri Department of Transportation is requesting a material and labor bid to replace (3) 12' 2" wide and (2) 14' 2" wide sectional overhead doors, operators, tracks (roofline), and all accessories per attached specifications. Contractor must ensure all safety codes are met for commercial overhead door application. The contractor must provide all equipment, materials, and labor to complete the project and ensure full functioning system. The contractor will be required to remove all the existing doors and discarded material off site at the contractor expense. The contractor is responsible for final measurements. Installation of new doors will require the contractor to provide a one-button remote for each garage door opener. Contractor to install commercial safety photoelectric eye cell system on existing doors with operators on the cold storage building and maintenance facility. Each door shall have two sets of photoelectric censors located at 6" A.F.F. and 32" A.F.F. Contractor to install any necessary equipment to ensure doors will reverse to open when the beam of the photoelectric eye is broken. There are 10 Overhead Door brand half horsepower operators' model #SEL-201 in the cold storage building. There are five half horsepower Lift Master brand operators' model #MT5011 in the existing maintenance building.
