Include an organizational chart and list the principal officers of the prime consultant and any subconsultants, the project manager and task leaders. 2. Provide short project team resumes as well as one (1) short paragraph about each team member that describes responsibilities and experience in terms of their contribution to specific projects similar to those listed in the RFP. Provide an additional short paragraph of detail about the technical project manager. Limit resumes to one (1) page maximum and list professional experience in chronological order, with dates. Include the same information for any proposed subcontractors. 3. Describe how your team’s project management style shall ensure that the work is performed effectively, on time and within budget. Also, include the methodology your team could use to evaluate the projects and tasks. Provide examples of how this methodology has been used in other projects that your firm has worked on. C. Description of Related Experience / References Describe at least two (2) and up to four (4) relevant projects that team members have undertaken relevant to the RFP. If possible, use projects that pertain to environmental issues and work done for public agencies, and at least two (2) projects should have an equity focus. The County may use references to clarify or confirm information provided in the proposal. Should any reference submitted be found unsatisfactory, King County, at its sole discretion, may reject that Proposer’s proposal. King County will be the sole judge in determining a satisfactory/unsatisfactory reference response. For each project, include the following information: 1. The name of the client, name of the project manager, project manager’s phone number and e-mail address, the contract start date and completion date, actual contract completion date, project budget and actual amount spent on the project. List the personnel included on the team, their title, a description of the work they did on the contract, and whether they were the prime consultants or subcontractors. 2. A brief description of the project, its objectives, and a description of the program and/or campaign strategy. 3. For each project, include samples of materials developed by the personnel proposed to work on the Contract. These ideally should be links to online materials; however, if links are unavailable, samples provided with the proposal shall be included as appendices and are excluded from the page limit. Include information about the team members who did the work and a description of the work they performed. 4. Describe how the project was evaluated to determine its effectiveness. Describe any changes in behavior or other measurables, and how you evaluated them.
