The proposed project is a start from raw property to finished construction project, including, without limitation, all grading, soil preparation, improvement installation, concrete work, purchase and installation of equipment, drainage, all other necessary site work, etc. 6 Post Tensioned Pickleball Courts • Supply and install 4” of base material to achieve proper slope, laser grade and compact. • Use the design and layout of the existing courts as the basis for the expansion • Supply and install (1) layer 6 mil. poly sheeting over sub-grade to reduce friction and vapor retarder. • Supply and install industry standard post tensioned concrete pickleball courts, (2) post tensioned slab (65’x120’), 4000 PSI design, edges thickened to (12”) inches, reinforced with ½” steel tendons, and #4 rebar. • Supply and install (6 sets) Douglas Premier net posts. • Supply and install (6’) foot high perimeter and (4’) foot high divider (vinyl coated) chain link fence with (6) access gates. Top and bottom rails to be (black vinyl coated) (1 5/8”) “LG-40” pipe or equivalent. Corner Posts, Terminal Posts and Line Posts to be (2-7/8”) inches “LG-40” pipe or equivalent. All fabric to be 1¾” black vinyl coated 9- gauge core, 8- gauge finish fused and bonded. • After 30 day curing period, acid wash concrete then apply acrylic primer coat. • Apply one (1) coat of acrylic surfacer with silica sand. • Apply two (2) coats of acrylic color with silica sand. Colors to be chosen by owner. • Paint playing lines as per USTA standards. • Supply and install (6) Douglas pickleball nets. • Clean up job site. Court Specific Lighting • Supply and install (12) concrete light pole bases. • Supply court specific lighting equipment, (12) fixtures with mounting arms and poles. • Supply and install materials required for lighting installation including conduit, wiring, switches • Lighting power to be run from existing electrical panel near trash enclosure. Site Concrete • Supply and install concrete central walkway 10’x120’. • Supply and install 6’x165’ concrete walkway to west of courts. To the end of pickleball courts. • Add 2 concrete ADA entryways as seen on Attachment B Water and Sewer Lines to Future Restroom Area, Shade and Landscaping • Water and sewer lines to be stubbed in from 700 South roadway. • Install a 4 inch line with clean outs every 100 feet. • Sewer and water lines need a 10 foot separation. • Sewer has to be downstream • Electrical power to be stubbed in from existing panel near trash enclosure. • All utilities located to match restroom design. • Area to be graded and level for future construction of restroom and shade structure.
