The purpose of this Request for Bid (RFB) is to solicit qualified vendors to provide Children and Youth Mental Health, Behavioral Health, Substance Use and Social Service Navigation Services. The selected provider(s) will work in collaboration with school personnel and families to: • Assist students and families in identifying and accessing appropriate mental health, behavioral health, substance use, and basic needs resources. • Provide early intervention care coordination strategies to support staff and help students and families before challenges escalate. • Ensure seamless coordination between school-based services and external providers appropriately matched to an individual student/family need. • Ensure a person-centered approach to navigation services and supports that are accessible in multiple languages. • Develop and implement referral systems that connect students and families to relevant communitybased services, which include culturally competent and trauma-informed community-based services
