MIRU. Place liners under tanks, rig and around cellar. Berm up liner edges. Open up wellhead and blow down any residual pressure. Monitor for H2S. Once well is dead, NU BOP, pull rods/tubing, if applicable. Tally and scan for NORM. If hot NORM found on rods/tbg., refer to OSC for additional well plugging requirements. Clean out 5.5” casing with bit and scraper. Run in with tbg to 3400’ and set a 75 sack, Type 1L w/3% CaCl and LCM. WOC 4 hrs and tag. (cement top should be above 3200’). (Cement may be to surface behind 5.5”) Cut and pull any free 5.5” pipe. Run in with tbg to 2150’ and spot a 50 sx plug of Type 1L across the top of Dundee, WOC 1 hr while monitoring fluid level. If fluid level drops, tag TOC, if not, pull up to 1180’ and place 75 sx Type 1L with 3%CaCl2. WOC 4 hrs and tag. TOC should be above 900’. Set 10 sack Type 1L plug from 60’ to 5’. Cut casing 4’ below grade, weld on ½” steel cap with permit number. Clean up and restore site per OSC.
