The project includes demolition and disposal of existing coping, roof membrane and coverboard and miscellaneous flashings. Rooftop mechanical equipment and penetrations are to remain and will need to be disconnected and reconnected as required to accommodate new roof installation and flashings. New work includes addition of 2î mechanically fastened rigid insulation, adhered high density polyisocyanurate coverboard and adhered TPO roof membrane. New boot flashing, copings, wall termination and counterflashing and coping to sidewall flashing and transition work will be required to complete tie-in of new roof to existing siding to remain. No adjustment of parapet height or roof curbs is anticipated. Existing drains to be retained and reused.
