The work within this Request for Quotation shall include: a. Recondition existing baseball diamond using official league specifications for a 60’ skin infield b. Refining lines on all base paths. c. Removal of all grass and weeds on infield. d. Cutting line the length of the outside of the infield base line. Infield edges must be maintained/leveled so water properly drains off infield. e. Recondition existing home plate area for level grade and proper water flow from batter’s box. f. Loosening clay in all base paths, re-grading, leveling to ensure proper water flow from infield. g. Re-staking bases, pitching rubber, home plate (if applicable) to ensure proper location, dimensions. h. Aeration of outfield grass (max 2 times – Spring & Fall) for Kenilworth and Erlton ONLY. i. Raking and dragging entire skin infield area, preventing buildup around edge of infield throughout year j. Infield mix applied to each field (provide a total price, not a price per field). Vendor shall state infield mix make-up, which will meet the following minimums and contain no organic matter and will meet the following minimum standards: i. Sand (2.0 – 0.05 mm) 50-70% ii. Silt (.05-.002 mm) 16-20% iii. Clay (< .002 mm) 16-20% (provide a total price, not a price per field)
