A. Cleanup, Remediation, and/or Decontamination. As needed and directed by the Owner, the Contractor shall cleanup, remediate, and/or decontaminate any assigned site(s) impacted with the following: i. Biohazards – including but not limited to blood, bodily fluids, animal waste and carcasses, microorganisms, or infectious diseases; ii. Drug manufacturing, distribution, or use – including but not limited to methamphetamine and fentanyl; iii. Mold. Perform mold remediation for structures and contents, as directed by the Owner. iv. Other threats to public and worker health and safety. B. Waste Transport and Disposal. The Contractor shall coordinate the proper transport and disposal of all waste material from the assigned site(s). The Contractor must ensure that all transporters possess the necessary permits, licenses, or other approvals for such transport. All waste material must go to an appropriate disposal facility that possesses all necessary permits, licenses, or other approvals to accept such waste material.
