The types of projects that could be assigned to the Selected Firms may include, but are not limited to: • Planning studies, alternatives analyses, feasibility studies or preliminary design for projects such as those included in the WRBP Capital Investment Plan (CIP) that are scheduled to be addressed over the term of this contract. • Energy audits, health and safety audits, building commissioning, and historic preservation assessments, as needed. • Value Engineering, third party review, owner representative functions, or similar project assessments and support. • Master planning for the collection system, pump stations, and WWTF. • Alternatives analysis, recommendations, and preliminary design reports to improve wastewater treatment and/or solids handling processes and efficiency and/or for improvements at the WWTF and pump stations.
