The City of O’Fallon, Missouri (“City”) is accepting sealed bids to furnish and deliver bagged ice and coolers for the annual Heritage and Freedom Festival. Pricing shall include coolers sufficient to maintain ice to be used during festival and they MUST BE PROVIDED BY ICE VENDOR. • Bags are to be 20 pounds in size/weight. • Approximately 720 bags (+/-) of ice will be used from July *3-6 yearly. Due to unpredictable weather conditions, the City reserves the right to add or deduct from this number to accommodate the City’s needs. • Ice and coolers shall be delivered by **July 2, at 8:00 A.M. *Start and end date will change each year depending on the day of the week July 4th falls. **Delivery date will change each year depending on the day of the week July 4th falls.
