The City of O’Fallon, Missouri (“City”) is accepting sealed bids to furnish, deliver, and setup an emergency public address system for the annual Heritage and Freedom Festival. 1. Base Bid: • The Heritage & Freedom Fest is held annually on July 3 – 6 (adjusted per year) • Event is held at the Ozzie Smith sports complex (76 acres). • The system is to be installed the morning of July 2 and removed the morning of July 7. • PA system will be controlled from inside the police mobile command center. 2. Alternate Bid: • If your company is interested in offering a discount on equipment in exchange for sponsorship of the event, please list this discount clearly within proposal. This information should be listed separately from your bid, to determine sponsorship amount.
