The North Texas Tollway Authority (NTTA) is seeking information from qualified vendors to provide Image Review services supporting extraction of license plate information for NTTA’s Customer Service and Collections departments. The Image Review services include: • All Manual Image Review Services, optical character recognition (OCR), and perform all associated services for NTTA. • Integrate with NTTA Back-office system to obtain license plate images. o Manual Image Review Services means the review by Individuals ("Reviewers") of Images taken at tolling locations that are presented for review by the Operational Tolling System ("Images") for the purpose of determining or verifying the LPN (License Plate Number) and associated information of a vehicle within the system. • Vendor provides NTTA with information from license plate images including LPN and primary image ROI.
