SCOPE OF WORK The AACPS is seeking a Contractor to furnish food including refrigerated, canned, and packaged goods and other food service related products and delivery to 70 or more school sites participating in the Child Nutrition Programs including but not limited to the National School Lunch Program (NSLP), School Breakfast Program (SBP), Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP), and the Summer Food Service Program (SFSP) established by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Code of Federal Regulations and its subsequent amendments set forth the terms and conditions applicable to the proposed procurement. The successful bidder shall deliver in accordance with the requirements in this RFP and for each applicable program. This is not a one-time delivery. Deliveries shall be on an “as needed” basis.
