The scope of work is to provide design and construc�on services for the project throughout preconstruc�on and construc�on phases, including but not limited to, site development, schema�c design, preliminary design, construc�on documents, the procurement and furnishing of all the necessary management, labor and materials, bonds, and insurance necessary and required to construct the project, coordina�on with other agencies, surveying, cost opinions during design development, final design mee�ng, State and local requirements, technical specifica�ons, cost opinion at various stages of the project, obtaining all necessary permits, , scheduling, cost control, project management, construc�on of building, quality assurance and quality control of design and construc�on related ac�vi�es, construc�on management and comple�ng project close-out ac�vi�es.
