This initiative will deliver four to six customized trainings for MCHB partners, addressing adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) and strategies to prevent burnout. The trainings will be tailored to the needs of community-based organizations, emphasizing trauma-informed care, community collaboration, and practical coping strategies. The selected organization must have expertise in trauma-informed practices and a proven track record of delivering inclusive, effective workshops for diverse populations. Special attention will be given to enhancing service providers’ well-being and care quality, particularly in the Leeward district of Oahu.
