The Cherokee National Holiday Office is requesting bids for the following items: • 400 cases* of 12oz. aluminum soda can (mixed varieties which include diet soda) • 450 cases* of 16oz. custom branded aluminum water bottles *24 per case unless otherwise stated by the Cherokee National Holiday Office. Contractor shall provide a trailer/truck as needed, to be stocked with product, and parked at the Sequoyah Sports Complex (Cherokee St, Tahlequah, OK 74464) from Thursday, August 21, 2025, to Tuesday, September 2, 2025. During this period, event staff will regularly access the truck to restock event concessions. Keys for the locked storage areas of the trailer/truck shall be provided to the Cherokee National Holiday director upon drop-off.
