Establish a Price Agreement for the State of New Mexico, Energy Minerals and Natural Resources Department (EMNRD), Forestry Division for wildland firefighter meal service during wildland fire suppression efforts. The purpose of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to obtain full meal service during responses to wildland fire incidents for use on a local and regional basis. The awarded Contractor will be responsible for all equipment, food products, supplies, transportation and delivery, and personnel necessary to meet or exceed Price Agreement specifications. The Incident Commander or responsible Forestry Division representative is authorized to administer the technical aspects of this Price Agreement to include the time of delivery, delivery location, and meal plan for the specific day.
