DOWNTOWN @ SUNDOWN TAKES PLACE THE THIRD FRIDAY IN MAY, FIRST AND THIRD FRIDAY JUNE-SEPTEMBER AND THE FIRST FRIDAY IN OCTOBER, FOR A TOTAL OF TEN (10) DATES.
