The Contractor’s work includes, but is not limited to, the following: A. Performing a complete installation and documentation of specified systems, subsystems, and components, including engineering interface with new equipment, removal of existing video camera equipment (any old video camera equipment shall be returned to PCAT unless otherwise instructed). B. Performing detailed design for the whole system related to equipment, engineering, manufacturing, installation and testing of the system. C. Providing technical data, software, samples, and mock-ups for new items, as required and prior to installation. D. Performing qualification and acceptance testing. E. Providing training programs to PCAT’s operation, safety, ITS, and maintenance staff in the usage and maintenance of all new systems. F. Providing illustrated parts and maintenance manual in electronic format (PDF). G. Providing two sets of any special tools, equipment and diagnostic test equipment required for the new systems. H. Providing spare equipment, such as extra hard drives, cameras as necessary.
