The VSC must be a high resolution, multifunctional workstation, including any and all peripheral equipment (e.g. CPU, monitor, lamps) as needed for examining questioned documents. The VSC shall also include the following. Bidders shall provide with the response detailed information on how the proposed equipment meets these requirements. ▪ Successful Bidder to provide installation and on-site training at the TLC headquarters upon delivery of the VSC. Training shall be provided no later than sixty (60) days following acceptance of the equipment. Installation and training, including travel necessary to provide these services, shall be included in the price of the equipment. ▪ Software updates at no additional cost for a minimum of two (2) years from date of final acceptance.
