Work includes but is not limited to: mobilization, demobilization and traffic control; verification of existing site conditions; temporary best management practices; coordination for phases; demolition and removal of existing improvements; abatement and disposal of transite duct at existing light pole footings including air monitoring and testing; reconstruction of asphalt concrete pavement, concrete sidewalk, curb ramps, concrete curb, concrete curb and gutter, pavement striping, and signage; electrical work including demolition and removal of existing light poles and wires and installation of parking lights, electrical ducts and wires, pullboxes, electrical panel, and electrical vehicle chargers; landscaping work including tree and vegetation removal, planting of trees and vegetation, vegetation maintenance, installation of irrigation system, root barriers, hardscaping, bicycle racks, and groundcover, and construction monitoring by a licensed arborist. Work includes any other related miscellaneous work and materials necessary to complete the work.
