1. To provide on-site copy/print services; 2. Awarded firm will provide analysis of copiers/multifunction devices currently in use by the District, and make recommendations for copier/multifunction device placement that delivers maximum efficiency at minimal cost for all locations; 3. To provide “just in time” delivery of consumables (toner/maintenance kits) to multiple locations; 4. To provide for timely repair, maintenance, or replacement of copier/multifunction devices and printers; 5. To determine long-term strategy for optimizing copy volume; 6. To provide a maintenance agreement for all District networked copiers/multifunction devices and printers; 7. To provide a single monthly bill for the copier/multifunction service agreement with detail by location; 8. To provide electronic collection of copier/multifunction and printer meter readings; 9. To integrate with our current online submission solution (Papercut) for all print requests to the District’s print shop; 10. To provide an implementation timeline that ensures no disruption to instruction time.
