COD seeks a Media Storage Server/Media Management Solution that will provide at least 220 TB of high-performance, highly available storage for video editing workflows, along with a local tape backup system (LTO-9) for archival/backup needs. Key elements of the solution include: • High-Performance File Server o Optimized for large video file transfers. o Video editing will be performed on end-user local devices, but the server should efficiently handle large file transfers to/from local devices. • High-Capacity Storage o Minimum of 220 TB of usable, high-speed storage. o Must be scalable for future expansion. • User Account Management o Supports robust role-based access controls for students and staff. o Integration with both macOS and Windows clients
