The scope of services includes daily janitorial services for all Village facilities (“Services”). The scope of services to be performed will include the following: SCOPE OF WORK Janitorial Services for multiple municipal buildings and facilities. The buildings include: Lisle Village Hall; Lisle Commuter Train Station; Lisle Police Facility; Lisle Public Works, Operations, and; Lisle Public Works, Administration Building. The janitorial services will both satisfy the business needs of the Village and deliver best value. Additionally, the Village expects Contractors to play a role in assisting the Village meet environmental goals, maximize efficiencies, and reduce costs where possible. Overall, the Village’s objectives are to have building spaces clean, sanitary and fully usable for their intended purpose. The Village seeks to provide office facilities with a pleasing environment for both employees, residents and commuters. The Village seeks Janitorial Contractors that employ the latest technologies and work methods to continuously improve the service quality while maintaining or reducing costs.
