1. All sales, promotions and operations provided as part of the Program must be located within the area of the RLFMP trolley stop, shown in the site map in Exhibit A. The EDIC reserves the right to adjust or relocate the location of any vending facility, at any time, or to suspend Services during special circumstances when in conflict with other needs within the RLFMP. Paths of travel along the Harborwalk and the public sidewalks must be kept clear and unobstructed at all times. 2. The term of the Program shall begin on or about April 1, 2025 and extend through December 31, 2025, weather permitting, unless adjusted by the EDIC in consultation with the selected Respondent(s). Notwithstanding the foregoing, these dates may be adjusted or extended at the sole discretion of the EDIC, taking into account the impact of COVID-19, weather, and other factors, including an option to extend the cruise season. 3. Selected Respondent(s) shall operate only on dates when the Cruise Terminal is hosting a “Port of Call” cruise ship, and then only between the hours of 8:30 AM and 10:30 PM. 4. At the sole discretion of EDIC, during specially designated events, the selected Respondent(s) may not be able to operate. 5. The selected Respondent(s) may operate out of an EDIC assigned passenger loading/discharging area and tent, (to be provided by the EDIC), in a specific assigned location, per the process further described under SECTION 02 PART B, LICENSE FEE PAYABLE TO EDIC. The selected Respondent(s) shall offer only those services identified and described in the Respondent's proposal and acceptable to EDIC. The selected Respondent(s) is responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations by its employees and/or Respondents. 6. No utilities are available at the RLFMP trolley stop
