Prepare and paint the exterior of the building to receive new Acrylic latex paint per manufacturer specifications. This includes but not limited to: o Scrape off any loose paint or debris that would prevent paint adhering. o Seal all holes and cracks on the exterior walls. o Remove any damaged sealant on building trim, doors, windows, and around piping. o Reseal around all doors, windows, trim, and piping. Color to be determined by County. Protect all doors, windows, and lights, awning, and concrete from overspray. Preparation and painting of the coping, gutters, and downspouts shall be included. Gas piping that is on the sides of the building shall be painted yellow (does not include the roof gas piping). Prepare and paint all non-storefront doors including overhead doors. Exterior paint color and sheen: o Main Building - CITYSCAPE SW7067 Semi- Gloss o Color Block 1 - DIRECT GREEN SW6924 Semi- Gloss o Color Block 2 - GEORGIAN BAY SW6509 Semi- Gloss o Garage Doors, Coping, Metal Doors- color: IRON ORE SW7069 Semi- Gloss All scaffolding, ladders, equipment, tools, material, and sundries will be supplied by the contractor. Public entrance and exit doors must remain accessible for public use for the duration of normal business hours. It is the contractor’s responsibility to maintain a clean jobsite and allow a path of egress while the work is in progress. The Contractor must remove and properly dispose of all site debris and installation materials in contractor supplied dumpster. Dumpster location must be coordinated and approved by the County.
