Warren County Mississippi (hereinafter the County) is developing land located at 1200 HWY 80, Vicksburg MS 39180 for a new County Jail.The County is seeking confidential sealed proposals for the Design and Implementation of Audio Video Systems and Equipment related to the Warren County Jail Project. Deadline for receipt of Phase One sealed proposals is 10:00 a.m. CST on Friday, March 7, 2025. Selection will be a multi-step process. In Phase One, technical proposals are evaluated for potential acceptablilty based upon pre-determinined criteria. In Phase Two, only those bidders whose technical proposals are determined acceptable shall be invited to Phase 2 and be provided an opportunity to sign an NDA and receive detailed facility information to be used for Best and Final priced bids for consideration. Warren County encourages vendor participation in this multi-step process.
