LIMITS:736.01 DESCRIPTION This item consists of furnishing and installing the controller cabinet foundation and access platform in accordance with these specifications, appropriate plans, the 2016 Louisiana Standard Specifications for Roads and Bridges, and as directed. This includes, but is not limited to all form work, casings, reinforcing steel, access platform, anchor bolts, ground rods, vapor barrier, and sand as indicated on the appropriate plans. 736.02 ACCESS PLATFORM The access platform shall be an industrial 3-step ladder platform consisting of 4 universal platforms, 5 handrails, 1 metal ladder, 5 tower supports, 1 safety swing, all additional components and hardware required for installation. The Contractor shall provide documentation from the manufacturer verifying that the access platform meets all local, state, federal, and OSHA requirements.
