• Identification of community concerns that may impact SOI and study options; • Identification of sites opportunities and constraints; • Coordination elements with the adjacent St Mary’s Church; • An integrated design approach that considers sustainability throughout all stages of the project, including at the very earliest planning stages; • Include comprehensive data and analysis on the environmental impact of the project and provide the SBC with detail on the highest achievable opportunities for sustainability and conservation features and design, including the feasibility of constructing a Zero Net Energy school. Criteria for the study are the Northeast Collaborative for High Performance Schools (NE-CHPS) criteria or US Green Building Council’s LEED for Schools (LEED-S) Rating System • Life cycle costs of operating the School as it relates to future operational budgets; • CM-at-Risk Delivery Method.
