The Contractor shall provide annual inspections and planned maintenance of all fire extinguishers in all Lake County buildings and vehicles, Office of Parks and Trails, Lake EMS, Fire Rescue, and Public Safety vehicles which shall be conducted in June. A tentative schedule of the maintenance and inspections shall be provided to the Project Manager. The Contractor shall inform the Project Manager if the schedule changes. The annual inspection cost shall include all overhead to the Contractor, which includes but is not limited to travel, labor, supervision, equipment, and material needed to perform the Scope of Work. The services listed below must be included at a minimum: All portable fire extinguishers service shall comply with NFPA 10 (Standard for portable fire extinguisher 2022 edition). Visual inspection of all extinguishers annually on site. Perform hydrostatic/ six-year maintenance tests if needed. Weighing the extinguishers.
