Furnish and install all materials, labor, and equipment. When fire alarm is replaced, it must be hooked up to the sprinkler system. Test/ Inspection: Test & inspect every device and control function to ensure that no facility changes have occurred which could affect equipment or system performance based on the original design. System Software updates: Update when required. Corrective maintenance: Correct when necessary for deficient or inoperable devices such as those found during system testing, inspection or preventative maintenance or have failed during operation will be provided. Required warranty: The successful bidder is to provide a written five (5) year full replacement warranty for the City of Americus that all equipment will be free of defects due to 1. Electrical issues, 2. Faulty wiring, 3. Dirty fire alarms, 4. Faulty control panel, 5. Device failures, and 6. Programming errors.
