The focus for this initiative is centered around migrating users and computers from their existing active directory forest to the ETS managed active directory forest (HAWAII.local) within a reasonable timeframe. The main benefits will include: (1) Fortified security, (2) Disaster recovery capability, (3) Expanded applications and services, (4) Collaboration among agencies and ETS being that we belong to the same domain, (5) Long-term budget sustainability, and (6) Streaming and removal of overlapping services to remediate costs. i. Develop project plan, RAIDD documentation, and implementation timeline. Vendor shall work closely with NELHA staff as well as DBEDT and ETS staff as needed to plan for a smooth migration. ii. Manage project meetings, communication to project stakeholders, and project documentation. iii. Advise and assist in performing network device configuration and network connectivity testing for all applicable network locations. iv. Assess Active Directory Server health and readiness for an Active Directory migration. v. Perform configuration of network policies, network connectivity, and as-needed prerequisite software.
