WSU receives title to various parcels of land from time to and as need to purchase property to facilitate its ongoing programs. When it is determined that a property does not directly support the mission of the University, it is our desire to sell the property and convert the asset to cash. Proposals should include means and rates for acting as seller’s or buyer’s agent for these transactions. Currently, the University purchases parcels of land which could support the mission of the University by providing areas for expansion adjacent to campus, or access corridors supporting transport and infrastructure between various campus locations. There may arise occasions when it is beneficial that our identity as purchaser remain undisclosed for parcels we actively seek to acquire. Proposals should indicate means and rates for acting as buyer’s agent for these transactions. The University enters into leases arrangements for commercial and residential space for support of the University goals.
