The City of Greenwood is seeking proposals and responses from a business or nonprofit organization (the “Operator”) to manage the concession stand located at Joel Dean Hitt Park during the Summer 2025 and Fall 2025 baseball seasons. 2. The successful bidder will manage all aspects of the concession stand operations. The City’s goals for the concession stand will be to provide excellent products and services during baseball games, keep the concession stand clean and sanitary, and increase the use of (and revenue from) the existing concession stand. 3. The Operator shall be solely responsible for complying with all food safety regulations, liquor license restrictions, and other requirements. The Operator shall always maintain the concession stand in a clean and healthy condition. The Operator shall remove trash from the concession stand nightly and dispose of the same in the City’s dumpster. 4. While performing concession stand duties and responsibilities, the Operator understands that it will be perceived as a representative of the City and will ensure its personnel (and any applicable subcontractors) will conduct themselves in a thoroughly professional and respectable manner while performing all work for the City. The Operator shall comply with all reasonable instructions and requests by the City. City property and resources are to be used only in ways that are consistent with their lawful intended purposes
