The Contractor shall: • Provide 10, 20, 30, or 40 cubic yard (or equivalent) disposal and/or recycling container(s). • Provide 20, 30, or 40 cubic yard (or equivalent) lockable covered disposal and/or recycling container(s). • Provide 10 cubic yard “Lowboy” containers for disposal of concrete. • Provide 2 cubic yard covered, front-loading disposal and/or recycling containers • Coordinate with the CCM Site Supervisor for delivery and/or pick-up (i.e. delivery of an empty container and/or removal of a container for disposal) within 24-hours of receiving a verbal or email request from the CCM Site Supervisor. • Confirm receipt of request verbally and in writing via email to the CCM Site Supervisor at the address listed in Exhibit E, List of Participating Institutions and Contact Information. • Transport debris to a permitted disposal site, recycling facility or material recovery facility, as regulated by the applicable city, county, and/or state • Provide recycling services of construction debris as needed, for materials not already covered under an existing recycling Agreement to maintain compliance with the California Green Building Standards Code – Part 11, Title 24, California Code of Regulations (CalGreen), and all regulatory requirements. • Keep the container(s) in good condition and make all necessary repairs and adjustments at no cost to the CDCR. The CDCR has the right to terminate the Agreement should the Contractor fail to maintain the container(s) properly. The CDCR will give the Contractor full and adequate access to the equipment at reasonable times as negotiated.
