Specifications include, but are not limited to: This proposed sidewalk improvement project includes the construction of a five-foot wide concrete sidewalk along the north side of Holden Avenue for approximately 2,342 LF from Raymar Drive to Brandeis Avenue. The project also includes upgrading cub ramps, driveways to meet ADA standards, and creating proper ties in of all roadside ditches and sidewalks to the existing condition with respect to grading and drainage. The improvements in general include 201 linear feet of gravity wall, erosion control, clearing and grubbing, excavation, embankment, grading, ditch bottom inlets, storm sewer pipes, mitered end sections, pedestrian/bicycle railing, concrete curb and gutter, sidewalk, driveways, detectable warnings, sod, and sign relocations.
