Authority seeks a video production vendor to develop packages for the creation of tourism destination promotional videos for a maximum of 10 partners. The video(es) should effectively convey key messages and engage the target audience through high-quality visuals, compelling storytelling and a strong call-to-action. Each package proposal should include one round of edits for each video to ensure the final content aligns with the partner’s vision and objectives. The selected vendor should have experience in producing high-impact video content. Example: One package could include a two-minute-long B-roll video and two 15 second sizzle reel videos. Each video must have a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive right and license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, perform, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, sublicense, and otherwise exploit the video assets (the “Assets”) in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, for any purpose, including but not limited to commercial, promotional, advertising, educational and entertainment purposes, without further compensation, notification, or approval.
