The Contractor will provide the following services: Project management Develop the project workplan that includes goals and deliverables. Provide assistance to prospective vendors, including arranging for food safety trainings, including the Certified Food Protection Manager trainings Understanding plan review requirements and assisting with submittal of their food plan review and site review application Understanding and completing their business license or permit application Consulting on menu, food equipment and other equipment Conduct community outreach to identify other vendor needs Create a project timeline and manage it effectively Provide detailed reports on deliverables and program compliance by the participating vendors Contractors need to be able to work independently. Each training provided to the vendor should be approached with necessary planning and submittal of relevant reports.
