The University Medical Center of Southern Nevada (UMC) project is located at 5755 E Charleston Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89142. Build out will take place in a space measuring approximately 15,852 square feet with the end result to be a new UMC Quick Care and Primary Care clinic location. The existing space is a former Fresh and Easy and indoor swap meet. The renovation work will include, but not be limited to, demolition and addition of walls and finishes with upgrades to the existing HVAC rooftop units. General contractors and subcontractors are responsible to reference the permit set documents – construction documents; architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and structural, as well as scope of work, specifications, general notes, keyed notes, sheet indexes, and legend. The UMC standard specification sheets should also be referenced. All documents are provided as attachments and accessible via the Nevada Government eMarketplace (NGEM) site. Time of work will be during the day hours (6:30 am ‐ 5:00 pm), Monday through Friday. Major utility disruptions to any owner occupied space shall be scheduled 48 hours in advance. Project duration is scheduled to be one hundred eighty (180) consecutive calendar days from the date of the notice to proceed issued by the UMC Plant Operations Team.
