A. Hot Asphaltic Concrete. Hot asphaltic concrete shall conform to the requirements of MAG STD 321 & 710 of the latest revision of MAG Standards using Marshall Mix Design, and shall include aggregate requirements as shown below in the revised Table 710-2. Superpave, RAP or Warm Mix designs will not be accepted. Asphalt binder shall meet requirements of MAG 711. Performance grades will be specified for each type of mix required. No historical LA Abrasion values shall be allowed in the mix design. B. Total Estimated Annual Quantity: 400 Tons C. When given SEVEN (7) CALENDAR DAYS advance notice, the vendor shall supply and/or supply and deliver all materials on orders, as specified. D. Material(s) will be sampled for compliance, as deemed necessary by the County. Any material not meeting the specifications of this contract will be rejected. E. Acceptance of product shall be per MAG 321 and disincentives shall be applied to final payment of product.
