Social Media The City currently manages its Twitter and Facebooks pages, but is interested in the Company’s social media strategy for leveraging our platforms as part of the overall marketing and communications strategy and guidance on implementation. This would include creative content, a content calendar, campaigns, production (videos, photos, infographics), and other. Additional services, on an as-needed basis could include: • Copywriting and posting of content • Use of images • Data analysis and audience development B. Email Marketing The City currently manages a monthly newsletter designed to highlight the events and news of the past month to its residents, businesses, and community partners. The Company will analyze the current template, past editions and subscription list and make suggestions, as well as incorporate the newsletter into the overall marketing/communication strategy. Additional services, on an as-needed basis could include: • Copywriting and development of content • Use of images and creative media • Data analysis and audience development
