Coastal Carolina University is requesting submittal of qualifications for the Task Order Contracting of Roofing Services as indicated in the SE-655, Invitation for Task Order Contract. Contractor is strongly urged to review the contract requirements outlined in both the SE-680, Task Order Contract, and the SE-685, General Conditions to Task Order Contract, to be assured this type of contracting is compatible with their firm and its operations. Work anticipated under this contract may include demolition of roofing material, thermal and moisture protection, damp proofing, water proofing, roof & deck insulation, installation of asphalt shingles, metal shingles, slate tile, composite slate tile, metal roof panels, built-up roof system, felt, walk ways for built-up roof systems, flashing, gutters and downspouts, roof hatches, etc. in both existing facilities and new facilities, including work under the Roofing (RF) license classifications as defined under the General and Mechanical Contracting Act of South Carolina.
