The Department of Health, Office of Medical Cannabis Control and Regulation (OMCCR) is interested in procuring services to develop and implement public health education aimed at providing information on the risks of cannabis use to the public and to provide medical cannabis health education to medical cannabis patients and medical providers in Hawaii. a.
