The Department of Health, Office of Medical Cannabis Control and Regulation (OMCCR) is interested in procuring services to develop and implement public health education aimed at providing information on the risks of cannabis use to the public and to provide medical cannabis health education to medical cannabis patients and medical providers in Hawaii. a. The Contractor shall recommend optimal methods for public health education and develop communication plans and contents addressing the risks of cannabis use, with a specific focus on youth use, use during pregnancy and breastfeeding, impaired driving, and the serious adverse effects related to intoxicating cannabis and hemp-derived cannabis products.
