Minimum required specifications: Kitchen equipment specifications are attached. Uncrate all equipment and discard all packing materials. No packing materials are to be discarded at the school sites. No charges for the transportation, installation, set-up, handling, containers, or packing will be allowed unless specified in the quotation. All equipment shall be subject to inspection and acceptance or rejection by the district at the time of delivery. Any dented, damaged, or unlabeled containers/boxes will be rejected and returned at the supplier's expense. Any equipment received by the district which, within fourteen (14) days of delivery, is deemed inoperable or damaged shall be returned to the vendor for repair or exchange at the vendor's expense. Transportation/shipping, installation, and all costs associated with the delivery, installation, and set-up of the equipment in this bid shall be listed on the Bid Form. The district requires that all bidders state their expected lead time for the equipment to be furnished. Must comply with the Davis-Bacon Act (Prevailing Wage)
