The State of Michigan DTMB Design and Construction Division is seeking a Professional Engineering Request for Proposal (RFP) for heating and ventilation upgrades to selected buildings at the Parnall Correctional Facility (SMT). Services requested include Phases 100, 300, 400, 500, 600, and 700. Total project consists of individual projects at 5 different buildings: • Housing Unit A – Building 197 Replace Boilers, Domestic Hot Water, and Attic Ventilation • Housing Unit B – Building 196 Replace Boilers, Domestic Hot Water, and Attic Ventilation • Gymnasium - Building 219 Replace MAU – Possible urgent replacement • Block 8 Replace Existing boiler venting only • Dining Hall – Building 79 Replace 2 RTUs – Dining Area and 1 MUA – Kitchen
