The electrical services provided under this RFP will be performed on an as-needed basis for all Stockton University Campuses, including, but not limited to the following locations: 1. Galloway, NJ 2. Atlantic City, NJ 3. Hammonton, NJ 4. Manahawkin, NJ 5. Woodbine, NJ Note: Although the University makes no guarantee to volume or location of work, it is anticipated that the majority of services will be for Galloway, and Atlantic City, NJ campuses. B. Services may include only service, only material, or both service and material. Electrical services include all work associated with new installations, modifications, and repairs of the University’s electrical systems, including, but not limited to the following: 1. Routine Electrical Services: a. Perform routine diagnosis, maintenance, and repairs of standard electrical systems. b. Handle general troubleshooting and replacement of faulty components. 2. Electrical System Component Services: a. Installation, repair, and replacement of electrical wiring, outlets, switches, fixtures, and lighting systems. b. Panel upgrades and breaker replacements. 3. Code Compliance a. Ensure all work adheres to local, state, and federal electrical codes, as well as industry standards.
