Specifications include, but are not limited to: The County of Georgetown, SC Treasurer’s Office is soliciting sealed, public responses for a contractor to print/process/mail Real Estate and Vehicle Tax Notices, Receipts, and related Tax Digest Books. The contractor shall be responsible for furnishing any labor, materials, equipment and all else whatsoever required to provide tax bill forms, print tax bills from spooled files provided by the County, fold the bills, consolidate tax bills to the same taxpayer, insert tax bills in envelopes, presort tax bills to CASS standards where required, meter envelopes, package the bills in postal trays, and deliver the tax bills to the Georgetown, SC US Post Office or the nearest US Post Office. Tax bills are mailed each October first.
