The RI Attorney General’s Office at 180 South Main Street, Providence, RI is seeking a firm to provide complete Architectural Design Services including but not limited to: conduct an initial conditions assessment report of the windows, MEP Systems and general workflow. Provide recommendations for replacements or upgrades of the HVAC system/controls, exterior windows, restrooms, plumbing, lighting, security system and space reconfiguration on the first floor to house file space that is currently on the upper floors. This will free up space that can be converted to private offices. In addition, 150 Main Street will require a secure entrance /stairwell area with secured meeting space and a new lunch / break room space. The building will be fully occupied during the renovation so mindful phasing planning will be required.
